Woke up to the sound of waves crashing nearby and enjoyed delicious pancakes at the egg bar. The friendly staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable!

Unfortunately, the pool area was a bit neglected, with moss on the sides, and the broken rubbish bin near the beach left much to be desired.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the

rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, the dining options were quite limited, missing some fresh and local offerings which would enhance the experience.

We enjoyed three nights here and loved the delicious breakfast options every morning and the refreshing pool that was perfect for relaxing. It was great to unwind by the sun terrace and take a dip whenever we desired. Only downside was that the restaurant could use more menu choices, but overall, we had a wonderful time! 😊

Peaceful Escape with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed a relaxing nine nights in a spacious King Room. The pool area was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Special thanks to the delightful restaurant staff who made our mornings brighter. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast—ask about it at check-in!

Had a fantastic time with friends! Explored Kensington Oval and enjoyed the vibrant local music scene. The shallow wading pool was perfect for relaxation after a day out. Overall, a great spot for some fun in the sun.

However, the internet connection in the room was quite poor, which was disappointing while trying to stay connected during our stay.

Good vibes and nice staff

Had a solid stay! The front desk crew was super friendly, always making sure we felt welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was a plus. The pool was awesome, too! Just wish the breakfast had more variety since one plate left me hungry. Oh, and more local food options would’ve been nice.

Great location near the beach. Bright, spacious rooms with a hammock on the balcony. Enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast daily. Staff provided excellent service and helped with all our needs. WiFi was reliable and fast. 😊

I just had a delightful stay! The breakfast was a wholesome no-fuss affair with an egg bar that was a real treat. I loved swimming in the warm sea every morning, truly a highlight. However, I found the WiFi connection quite poor, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

Location offers easy access to nearby beaches and attractions. The pool area provides a nice escape, often with plenty of available sunbeds, making it easy to relax.

The hotel is desperately in need of renovations, with worn-down rooms featuring dated showers and non-functional amenities like the air conditioning and fridge. Breakfast options are limited and lack variety. additionally, the wifi is notoriously unreliable, making it tough to get work done. Noise levels can be bothersome at night, and general maintenance seems overlooked with signs of mold in some areas.

sunbay was a lovely stay! the breakfast had a fantastic egg bar and a selection of sides. the location is perfect, just across from the beautiful maxwell beach. swimming in the warm sea every morning was a highlight. the staff provided excellent service, making the experience even better!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including a fitness center, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi. I still remember how the staff helped me with my room issue at night. I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

The Superior Double Room was okay. It was clean and functional, but the bed was two single mattresses pushed together, which was annoying. The decor felt pretty outdated. Wi-Fi was sketchy at times. You get a balcony, but the view wasn’t great—just some unfinished buildings. At least the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay a bit better.
